Zhen Min is an AHPC-registered occupational therapist. She has a diploma in occupational therapy from Nanyang Polytechnic and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy with first-class honours from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland.

Zhen Min's career as a paediatric occupational therapist began in a voluntary welfare organisation, where she gained invaluable experience working with children with diverse developmental concerns and needs. She has also worked in early intervention, mainstream preschool, and clinic settings, supporting the children in building the necessary skills for play, self-care, socialisation, and school readiness. She has also conducted caregiver workshops to equip caregivers with the tools to help their children grow.

Zhen Min's approach to occupational therapy is firmly rooted in the belief that every child possesses unique strengths and abilities. She adopts a client-centred approach and values collaboration, drawing on these strengths, working closely with stakeholders such as the child's family and teachers to facilitate the child's development.
