Our Story
Children have so much to offer to the world – we believe in the power that they hold, and know that they will mold future generations to come.
The SKILT Centre – the SpecialKids Intervention, Learning and Therapy Centre established in collaboration with SpecialKids Child Health & Development Clinic, provides a holistic series of programmes that target individuals aged 2 and upwards, through teenage years.
Our anchor Programme is the SpecialKids Early Intervention Programme (EIP), which is supported by Behavioural Intervention, Social Skills Training and Literacy Programmes. Inbuilt into the EIP itself is Speech and Language Therapy, as well as Occupational Therapy support. Extra individual sessions are arranged as needed in collaboration with SpecialKids Child Health & Development Clinic, which is led by Dr Lian Wee Bin. Dr Lian is a developmentally trained paediatrician and neonatologist, with 20 years’ experience in developmental and behavioural paediatrics. The centre is fully supported by a complete developmental team comprising a child psychologist, trained teachers, experienced therapists and other support staff.

It is our hope that we will be able to provide holistic care, in order to optimise your child’s potential and propel him or her towards the learning experience that every child is entitled to.
Special Kids Clinic
We recognize each child is different and every child matters. It is in their early childhood years that Early Intervention can make a difference. Be it through communication training, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, structured teaching or specialist teaching, we work out individualized educational plans for those in Early Intervention and specific goals for those in various programmes.
