Kassandra graduated from University at Buffalo (Singapore) with Summa Cum Laude in the Bachelor of Arts (Psychology). Prior to her degree, she has obtained a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, specializing in psychological studies. During her term as a preschool educator, she was awarded by ECDA for a training award and was featured by Straits Time under the early childhood industry.

In her past years of teaching experiences, Kassandra has worked with both mainstream children and children of diverse needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, behavioral and learning difficulties. As such, she is familiar with the curriculum and demands of mainstream schools and is able to help children bridge their learning gaps effectively.

Kassandra is very passionate about providing early interventions for children and she works collaboratively with their families and different stakeholders to maximize a child’s full potential.

As a Special Needs Therapist, Kassandra conducts the Structured Teaching Programme, Social Skills Classes at the SKILT Centre and provides school shadow support to children in their respective preschools.
