Early Intervention Teacher
As an Early Intervention Teacher, you will work with children with developmental delays, supporting their learning and growth. This role reports directly to the Senior Early Intervention Teacher.

The Role:

Develop and implement education plans tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Prepare teaching materials and resources suited to the child’s developmental level.

Monitor and evaluate each child’s progress, reviewing goals and outcomes regularly.

Collaborate closely with families and professionals through ongoing case reviews.

Attend inter-department training, case discussions, team meetings, and other meetings as required by management.

Requirement:
-
Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) (SDESN) or acceptable equivalent.

Diploma in Special Education from the National Institute of Education (NIE).
-
Certificate in Autism from the Autism Resource Centre.
-
At least 2 years of experience working with children with learning disabilities, developmental delays, and/or special needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, and related learning or behavioural challenges.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Passion for supporting children with special needs to maximise their talents and potential.
