Service Relation Officers
We are on the lookout for Service Relation Officers. You will be the first point of contact for telephone, email, in-person, WhatsApp, and any other communication channel adopted supporting parents, clinical staff and teaching staff. ​

The Role:
-
Welcome visitors to The SKILT Centre and guide them to the appropriate areas.

Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information on services.

Screen and manage communication via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and other platforms, recording and relaying messages promptly.

Administer registration, process referrals, schedule appointments, and ensure efficient management of appointment slots and package sessions.

Generate invoices, record transactions, collect payments, and issue receipts in a timely manner.

Handle billing adjustments, refunds, and credits as required.
-
Manage daily closing, settlement, and payment collection.
-
Provide cross-coverage when other Service Relations Officers are on leave.

Support general operational functions as needed.

Monitor the cleanliness and general upkeep of The SKILT Centre.

Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Attend inter-department training, case discussions, staff consultations, and other meetings as required by management.

Requirement:
-
GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent with 2 years’ working experience in administration, customer service and/or receptionist role
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills
-
Able to speak mandarin to mandarin speaking parents
-
Positive working attitude and customer centric mindset
-
Customer service mindset
-
Meticulous and organised with attention to detail
-
Ability to work independently and as a team.

Enjoy working in fast-paced environment

Proficient in MS Office
-
Hard working and keen to learn
-
Able to work on Saturdays
