Jovin graduated with a Bachelors in Occupational Therapy from La Trobe University (Singapore) and went on to obtain her Masters in Health Administration from Flinders University (Singapore). She has worked in voluntary welfare organizations, rehabilitation centres and private clinics with experience managing cases involving psychiatry, neurology, developmental delays and autism to maximize independent participation in schoolwork, socialization, play and leisure, and self-care.

Jovin believes in the joint efforts of the child, parents and healthcare professionals working together to incorporate therapy into daily life. Through her therapy and engagement with parents, she hopes to inspire parents to play a more active role in practicing techniques taught in therapy to aid a child’s overall development.
