Glynis graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Child Psychology and Early Education, specialising in the Early Intervention Track.

Since 2018, Glynis has worked as an early intervention teacher in a special education school. There, she worked closely with children of diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down Syndrome, and physical disabilities. She has actively collaborated with teachers, therapists, and parents to craft individualised education plans that effectively support each child in reaching their developmental milestones and beyond.

Glynis is deeply passionate about early intervention. She firmly believes that every child is unique, with their individual strengths and pace of learning, and can benefit from early intervention. She is dedicated to creating a fun and engaging environment where children can enjoy learning while building the skills they need to thrive.
