Denise graduated from the University of Buffalo (Singapore) with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her academic journey was characterised by a passion for special education, as shown by her coursework in Abnormal Child Psychology and Clinical Psychology.

In her previous position as a SpEd assistant teacher, Denise provided invaluable support to students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Global Development Delay, Down Syndrome, and multiple disabilities. Through these experiences, she gained a wide range of skills and a deeper understanding of the difficulties that students with special needs encounter.

Denise's professional philosophy guides her in her career. She firmly believes in the potential of every child, regardless of their abilities, and is dedicated to helping them reach it. As an early intervention teacher, she strongly advocates for her students, stressing the importance of tailored support and working with their parents for the child's greatest benefit.
