Vivien holds a Master of Science in Psychology of Child and Adolescent Development and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Since graduating in 2016, she has worked in various settings, including inclusive preschools, early intervention programmes, and private intervention therapy centres. These experiences have deepened her understanding of children's diverse learning needs.

As an Associate Fellow of the Register of Educational Therapists Asia (RETA), Vivien strives to uphold high standards in her practice. She is trained in Lindamood-Bell's On Cloud Nine (Visualising and Verbalising for Math), which she integrates into her sessions to support students' numeracy development.

Vivien has primarily worked with younger learners, helping those under 7 build strong foundations in literacy and numeracy and supporting students up to 10 with mathematics. However, she is not limited to these age groups and is committed to continuously upgrading her skills to serve a broader range of students. To stay current and improve her practice, Vivien regularly attends workshops.
