Jovin graduated with a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy from La Trobe University (Singapore) and obtained her Master's in Health Administration from Flinders University (Singapore). She has worked in voluntary welfare organisations, rehabilitation centres and private clinics, and she has experience managing cases involving psychiatry, neurology, developmental delays and autism to maximise independent participation in schoolwork, socialisation, play and leisure, and self-care.

Jovin believes in the joint efforts of the child, parents and healthcare professionals working together to incorporate therapy into daily life. Through her therapy and engagement with parents, she hopes to inspire parents to play a more active role in practising techniques taught in therapy to aid a child’s overall development.
