We provide refunds with a 5% administrative fee for products that have not been mailed or collected at our centre. 

Domestic shipping is available at local mailing rates.

• Weekdays from 8.30 am to 7.00 pm

• Saturdays from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm

We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
