Yun Ling holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from HELP University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

Since 2021, Yun Ling has been actively working with students with special needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and behavioural and learning challenges.

As a Behavioural Therapist and school support in private centres and international schools. She also provides independent behavioural intervention and educational services to families and schools, customising intervention plans and collaborating closely with educators and caregivers to support learning in a 1-to-1 home session and in school. Besides, she also conducts social skills programmes to develop social skills for school-aged learners through structured group sessions and real-life social scenarios.

Yun Ling believes strongly in building meaningful relationships with her learners and their families. She believes that social-emotional development is just as crucial as academic readiness. She takes time to understand each child’s strengths, interests, and challenges in order to tailor interventions that are effective and engaging.
