Ms. Samantha Sim

Speech & Language Therapist

BSc Psychology and English Language (Hons), NUS

Samantha Sim is a fully registered Speech & Language Therapist with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC). She graduated with a Distinction in Master of Speech and Language Sciences from University College London, UK with 2 awards from the British Aphasiology Society and the Tavistock Trust For Aphasia. She draws from her experience working across public health and social service sectors, including special education and early intervention settings. She has had the privilege of working with children/teenagers from 2-18 years of age with various speech and language delays/disorders, communication needs (including Augmentative and Alternative Communication support), and complex feeding and swallowing difficulties. Samantha has worked within multi-disciplinary team settings, emphasising holistic intervention.


Samantha adopts a client-centred approach and has conducted coaching sessions/workshops to equip parents/caregivers/educators with the necessary skills to support each child’s needs. As a mother herself, she empathises with the evolving challenges of child development and seeks to create a safe and enjoyable space for a child to learn.


Samantha is also licensed to take on clinical supervision of new speech & language therapists.
