Joselyn holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Psychology from Malaysia's International Medical University (IMU).

Since 2017, she has been actively involved in Special Education, engaging children with special needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), behavioural challenges, and learning challenges. Through her work in the Early Intervention Programme (EIP), shadow support services, and facilitating small social skills groups for children with special needs, Joselyn has developed the ability to effectively engage with each child and customise her approaches to meet their unique needs.

Joselyn believes that interventions create opportunities for growth and development so a child can develop their full potential, enabling children to reach their full potential. She is committed to providing a nurturing environment where children can learn independence and flourish.
