Every Child is Special,
Every Child Matters

At The SKILT Centre, we believe every child is special and every child matters. We believe that with the right support every child has the chance to grow, learn and thrive.

The journey can feel overwhelming for parents: navigating therapies, school transitions, and future planning. That’s why at SKILT, we seek not just to provide a service, but as a place where families find comfort in expert guidance, consistent care, and a team deeply invested in their child’s growth.

Every detail of SKILT—our programmes, our team, even our premises—has been designed to create an environment where children feel safe to explore and families feel supported.

We believe progress is strongest when parents and professionals work together in mutual respect. Our therapists and teachers give their best each day to the children they serve, and we ask families to partner with us in creating an environment where everyone—children, parents, and staff—feels valued.

Special Kids Clinic

We recognize each child is different and every child matters. It is in their early childhood years that Early Intervention can make a difference. Be it through communication training, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, structured teaching or specialist teaching, we work out individualised educational plans for those in Early Intervention and specific goals for those in various programmes.

Testimonials

Hi, Alex has started mainstream school here in Ireland on 26 September 2022. He's in Senior Infant Class. He's doing very good. I received this from the school this week. I wanted to share this with you because this will not be possible without all the effort you have made for him the last two years. Thank you everyone.

Thank you very much for all your help and patience. You have been with him for four years now and have literally seen him grow up during that time. 2022 is effectively the only year during which he has passed all his math exams. All other years, as you may recall, were marked in red ink. For that, I'm grateful for your help. Thank you.

I enjoy having class with you. Thank you so much. Teacher Zi Hui, you're very funny and you make me laugh.
